Enterprise On Every Corner Sweepstakes — Official Rules

THIS SWEEPSTAKES (AS DEFINED BELOW) IS SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participation in this Sweepstakes requires internet access, a valid email address, and a “public” account on X (for the “Match-Based Sweepstakes” as defined and explained below) to participate and receive any winner notification from the Sponsor or the Administrator. A winner will require a valid bank account to receive a portion of the prize. By submitting an entry, Eligible Participant agrees to comply with all requirements of the Official Rules, which is a contract between the Administrator and each Eligible Participant. Any costs and expenses related to internet access, data usage or connectivity required to participate in the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Participant, in accordance with the terms of the relevant service provider.

Introduction

The “Enterprise On Every Corner Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is a sweepstakes sponsored by Enterprise Holding, Inc., with offices at 600 Corporate Park Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63105 (“Sponsor”), and administered by Secure Digital Promotions LLC, with offices at 242 North York, Suite 130, Elmhurst, IL 60126 (“Administrator”). Sponsor is responsible for providing the prizes for the Sweepstakes. Your participation in the Sweepstakes means that you unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and all decisions by the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. To win the prize, you must comply with all facets of these Official Rules and all decisions by the Administrator.

The Enterprise On Every Corner Sweepstakes consists of two sweepstakes, the Match-Based Sweepstakes and the Final Draw Sweepstakes, each with a separate entry pool and drawing pool. The Match-Based Sweepstakes and the Final Draw Sweepstakes are referred to herein collectively as “Sweepstakes.”

The Official Match Data Source will provide match information, including corner kicks, corner kick goals, and the number of matches played. All match data is officially sourced from Stats Perform (statsperform.com), an independent third-party sports data provider designated by the Administrator. Stats Perform’s data will serve as the sole and final authority for all determinations related to gameplay events, timing, and outcomes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only), Republic of Ireland, Mainland France, Spain, and Germany (collectively, and individually “Eligible Country/Eligible Countries”) which excludes each such countries islands and territories unless specifically listed as an Eligible Country (each, a “Participating Country” and collectively, the “Participating Countries”).

Participants must be at least 21 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. This age requirement is due to the nature of the prize and the applicable eligibility requirements for vehicle use, rental, or ownership. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Participation is void outside of the Eligible Countries and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes (and entry therein) is run alongside the 2026 global professional soccer tournament being played from June 2026 to July 2026 in cities across North America (the “Tournament”). The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2026 at 2:00:00 pm Central Time (“CT”) United States (9:00:00 pm Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm CT (July 20, 2026 at 06:59:59 am CEST) (or the last day of the Tournament by the Tournament’s entity, whichever is later (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

For the Match-Based Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Period is broken into separate entry windows as set forth in Section 5. Entries for such Sweepstakes must be received during such Entry Window to be eligible.

The Administrator’s server and computer clock are the official time-keeping devices. Results of the Sweepstakes are not official until the Administrator or a duly authorized representative expressly announces the final results and verifies the Official Winner(s), as defined in Section 10.

For Sweepstakes entries made in connection with the Match-Based Sweepstakes via X (formerly Twitter), entrant’s X account must be set to public/unprotected (not a “private account”) at the time of entry, during the entire Sweepstakes Period and through winner notification and verification (i.e., through August 19th, 2026) to ensure that both Sponsor and Administrator can view the entire profile; otherwise, such entries will not be considered and shall be void and any prizes won (if any) shall be forfeited. Entries received before the Sweepstakes Period begins shall not be eligible for the Sweepstakes. The Administrator’s server and clock shall be the official timekeeping device for the start and end of the Sweepstakes Period for all Entry Windows.

How to Enter

Entrants must enter the Match-Based Sweepstakes and the Final-Draw Sweepstakes by following the directions below.

Match-Based Sweepstakes Overview

During the Sweepstakes Period, in connection with the Tournament, each instance in which a Corner Kick results in a qualifying Goal (each, a “Corner Kick Goal”, see Section 6 for more details) a separate and independent entry pool will be created (each, a “Match Drawing Pool”) and a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received in connection with the match Drawing Pool’s applicable Entry Window (as defined below) and one (1) prize will be awarded for each such Match Drawing Pool.

How to enter the Match-Based Sweepstakes

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry per Corner Kick Goal into each Match-Based Sweepstakes that occurs during the Sweepstakes Period.

During each official soccer/futbol/football match being played in the Tournament (each an “Eligible Match”), a Sweepstakes entry opportunity will occur every time a Corner Kick is officially awarded. A “Corner Kick” is officially “awarded” when a Tournament referee or assistant referee signals for a corner by pointing to the defending team’s corner after the ball exits the field of play by fully crossing the end line without entering the goal (see Section 6 for more details). When a Corner Kick is awarded, an “Entry Window” connected to that Corner Kick will officially open. During such window, participants must make one (1) post on X that includes all of the following elements, but does not include any additional content (hereinafter, “Eligible Post”):

  • Mentions and tags @Enterprise;
  • Includes the hashtag #OnEveryCorner; and
  • Includes at least one (1) of the following hashtags:
    • #Sweepstakes
    • #Sorteo
    • #Gewinnspiele
    • #Jeu
    • #Concours

As an example, an entrant’s X post may look like:

@Enterprise #OnEveryCorner #Sweepstakes

Each Entry Window will close either when (i) a Corner Kick Goal is scored off such Corner Kick or (ii) the conclusion of the attacking sequence associated with the Corner Kick, as determined by the Administrator and based on the Official Match Data Source for Game Results (see Section 6 for more details).

Then, if (and only if) the Corner Kick results in a Corner Kick Goal (as described herein), then all individuals who made an Eligible Post during the Corresponding Entry Window will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Match-Drawing Pool, and a prize will be awarded for such Corner Kick Goal. A “Corner Kick Goal” is if a Corner Kick is awarded and such a Goal occurs as part of the same continuous attacking sequence that began with the Corner Kick, without the attacking opportunity being reset or concluded, as determined by the Administrator based on the Official Match Data Source for Game Results (as further described below).

All X accounts must be PUBLIC/UNPROTECTED accounts (not a “private account”) at the time of entry and must remain public and viewable by the Sponsor and Administrator through the winner selection and verification, at least until August 19th, 2026. All such entries submitted during the Corner Kick’s Entry Window will be discarded (and shall not roll over into any other Match-Based Sweepstakes) if no Corner Kick Goal is scored.

If no Corner Kick Goal is scored off the Corner Kick, the Entry Window shall close, and no prize shall be awarded for such Match Drawing Pool. All Corresponding entries submitted during the Corner Kick’s Entry Window shall be discarded (and shall not roll over into any other Match Drawing Pools).

The Entry Windows will open and apply to any Tournament match in which a Corner Kick is awarded, as determined by the Official Match Data Source. If two or more Corner Kick Entry Windows overlap in time, a participant who submits an eligible Entry during such overlap will receive one (1) Entry into each applicable Match Drawing Pool, as determined by the Administrator.

For clarity: Submitting a post on X during an Entry Window does not by itself constitute a valid participation in a Match Drawing Pool. A post will only result in a valid entry if and only if the relevant Corner Kick results in a Corner Kick Goal as defined below. If no Corner Kick Goal is scored in connection with that Entry Window, all posts submitted during that Entry Window will be discarded without effect and will not participate in any drawing for this Corner Kick and will not automatically participate in the Final-Draw Sweepstakes. Only valid, but non-winning entries, during a Corner Kick Goal Entry window will automatically participate in the Final-Draw; see the following explanation for details.

IF THERE ARE NO CORNER KICK GOALS, THERE WILL BE NO MATCH DRAWING POOL AND THEREFORE NO MATCH BASED SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED.

Limit: One (1) entry per X account for each Entry Window/Match Drawing Pool. Each person may only enter through one (1) X account for each Entry Window/Match Drawing Pool.

How to enter the Final-Draw Sweepstakes

There are two ways to receive entry into the Final-Draw Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period as follows:

(1) For each eligible and valid, but non-winning entry a participant earns in connection with the Match-Based Sweepstakes, they will receive one (1) entry into the Final-Draw Sweepstakes. Only entries that were eligible for the Match-Based Sweepstakes will receive an entry into the Final-Draw Sweepstakes.

(2) Participants may also enter the Final-Draw Sweepstakes by visiting OnEveryCorner.com and completing the online entry form with all requested information during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Final-Draw Sweepstakes. To enter via this method, participants must:

  • Complete all required registration fields, which may include first name, last name, email address, country of residence, postal/zip code, and any other information requested by the Sponsor, and
  • Agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

THIS IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY and Participants may opt out from Sponsor marketing email communications at any time by visiting the Sponsor’s marketing page here: https://www.enterprise.com/en/communication-preferences/unsubscribe.html or by visiting the Unsubscribe link located in any marketing email.

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more than indicated (once per Match Drawing Pool) by using multiple email addresses, identities (including user accounts), or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. A Direct Message submission entry to the Sponsor’s X account will be deemed an invalid entry.

Corner Kicks and Corner Kick Goals; Explanation, Guidelines, and Entry Window

During the Eligible Matches, the match’s referee or assistant referee (also known as line judges) will award corner kicks to a team when the ball crosses the end line. A corner kick is awarded when the whole of the ball passes over the goal line, on the ground or in the air, having last touched a player of the defending team, and a goal is not scored. A corner kick is “awarded” by a referee or assistant referee when such an individual points to the corner of the field, indicating their decision of a corner kick.

Corner Kick Goals: For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Corner Kick” and any resulting “Goal” will be determined by the Administrator based on the Eligible Match’s Official Match Data Source. A Goal is generally scored when the entire ball crosses the goal line between the goalposts and beneath the crossbar in accordance with the applicable rules of the match. While these descriptions are provided for general understanding, all determinations regarding the occurrence, timing, and outcome of any Corner Kick or Corner Kick Goal, as well as the opening and closing of any Entry Window, will be made solely based on the Official Match Data Source for Game Results, and such determinations are final and binding. Administrator is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes as determined by the Official Match Data Source.

For general understanding only, a Goal may be considered to result from a Corner Kick when it is scored as part of the same continuous attacking sequence that begins with the Corner Kick. This may include, for example, a Goal scored directly from the Corner Kick, a Goal scored immediately following a pass, cross, deflection, or rebound originating from the Corner Kick from a player from either team, or a Goal scored after a sequence of continuous attacking play where the ball remains in the attacking third area following the Corner Kick. A Corner Kick Goal will not include situations where the initial attacking opportunity has clearly ended, such as when the defending team gains control or clears the ball away from the goal area, when play is restarted through a different event (e.g., throw-in, goal kick, or free kick, or a subsequent corner kick), or when a new and separate attacking sequence begins. These examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not exhaustive. All determinations regarding whether a Goal qualifies as resulting from a Corner Kick will be made solely based on the Official Match Data Source for Game Results, and such determinations are final and binding.

Entry Window for Match Entry: For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an Entry Window will begin at the time a Corner Kick is officially awarded by the referee(s) during the broadcast and as recorded in the Official Match Data Source or Game Results, and will end at the earlier of (i) the time a Corner Kick Goal is scored from that Corner Kick sequence or (ii) the conclusion of the attacking sequence associated with such Corner Kick, including where play transitions away from the immediate attacking opportunity or a new restart occurs (such as a throw-in, goal kick, free kick, or subsequent Corner Kick), in each case as determined by Sponsor based on the Sponsor’s Official Data Feed for Game Results.

Broadcast delays: To account for potential issues or delays in broadcast, streaming, and data transmission, the Administrator will apply a timing buffer to each Entry Window. Specifically, each Entry Window will be deemed to open one (1) minute prior to the time the Corner Kick is awarded (as determined by the Official Match Data Source for Game Results) and will be deemed to close one (1) minute after the time the corresponding window is closed per the above description. All Eligible Posts must be submitted during the Entry Window, as determined solely by the Administrator based on the Official Match Data Source for Game Results, in its sole discretion.

All Entry Window determinations will be based exclusively on the Administrator’s decision, in consultation with the Official Match Data Source for Game Results. No broadcast or perceived timing shall be determinative.

Eligible Matches and events therein may be subject to review, modification, or reversal by match officials, including through video assistant referee review or other officiating processes. Only events as they are ultimately recorded and confirmed in the Official match Data Source for Game Results will be recognized for purposes of this Sweepstakes (meaning that any initially deemed Corner Kicks, Corner Kick Goals, or other determinations that are changed or reversed will not be deemed eligible for the Sweepstakes). In the event of any discrepancy, dispute. Or perceived inconsistency regarding the occurrence or timing of any Corner Kick, Corner Kick Goal, or Entry Window, Administrators’ determinations will be final and binding. Administrator is not required to independently verify gameplay events beyond the Official Match Data for Game Results.

Entry Restrictions

By submitting an entry on X or at OnEveryCorner.com (each, an “Entry Platform”), each Eligible Participant agrees that their entry complies with all applicable Entry Platform rules, guidelines, and terms of use, as well as the content requirements and restrictions set forth in these Official Rules (collectively, the “Content Restrictions”). Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to review, remove, or disqualify any entry or participant at any time if they determine that an entry does not comply with the Content Restrictions or violates any applicable Entry Platform policies, or is otherwise inconsistent with the spirit or operation of the Sweepstakes. This includes, without limitation, entries that are deemed inappropriate, non-compliant, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules. All determinations made by Sponsor and/or Administrator regarding the eligibility and acceptability of entries are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, entries which are lost, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or failures related to X or any Entry Platform that may impact participation. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Sponsor does not guarantee continuous or secure access to X or any Entry Platform.

Content Restrictions: Entries must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, and must not contain any content that violates these Official Rules (the “Content Restrictions”). By submitting an entry, each participant represents and warrants that their entries will comply with the following requirements. Entries must not:

  • Contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion;
  • Contain any content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity;
  • Include any unauthorized references to, or use of, names, logos, trademarks, or other identifying marks of any professional sports leagues, governing bodies, teams, players, or related organizations, including but not limited to references that may imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation;
  • Include any false, misleading, or deceptive statements, including any content that misrepresents the participant’s identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Contain any commercial content, promotional messaging, or advertisements unrelated to the Sweepstakes;
  • Include content that promotes illegal activity or unsafe behavior;
  • Be generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means, or otherwise attempt to manipulate or interfere with the normal operation of the Sweepstakes;
  • Contain any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Violate any applicable terms of use, community guidelines, or policies of the Entry Platform; and/or
  • Otherwise runs afoul to the Sponsor’s image or content in which the Sponsor would like to associate with.

Entries must be original to the participant and must not contain content created by or belonging to any other person or entity without proper authorization. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or participant that violates these Content Restrictions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, non-compliant, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Sweepstakes. All such determinations are final and binding.

Entry Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant represents and warrants that they:

  • are fully eligible to participate and in compliance with these Official Rules, including all applicable eligibility requirements; and
  • agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and all associated entries may be declared void. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Sweepstakes and entries which, in some way, do not meet the requirements of these Official Rules. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant or void any entry if it determines or suspects that a participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. This includes, without limitation, engaging in tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or any fraudulent or unfair practices, or submitting entries through automated means such as scripts, bots, macros, or other programmed methods. Administrator reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

Random Drawings

The prize drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, who will randomly draw one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received across all Eligible Countries, as set forth below:

Drawing for the Match-Based Sweepstakes: If a Corner Kick results in a Corner Kick Goal, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from such Match Drawing Pool from among all eligible entries received during such Match Drawing’s Entry Window. Each Match Drawing will be conducted within approximately seventy-two (72) hours following the applicable Corner Kick Goal from among all eligible entries submitted for such drawing. Odds of winning a Match Drawing depend on whether a Corner Kick Goal was scored and, if so, the number of eligible entries received for the corresponding Entry Window.

Final-Draw Sweepstakes: On or around July 23, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Final-Draw Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible entries received for the Final-Draw Sweepstakes via both eligible entry methods as noted in Section 5 above. Odds of winning the Final-Draw Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification, Verification, and Prize Claim

Potential winners from both Match-Based Sweepstakes and the Final-Draw Sweepstakes will be notified via direct message on X, email, phone, and/or other contact method as determined by Sponsor, using the contact information associated with the entry.

A potential winner contacted via a direct message on X will be instructed to send an email to the administrator’s provided email address, along with their full name, X handle, and country of residence. The Administrator will then confirm receipt of the email and provide instructions for claiming the prize. Each potential winner must respond to the initial notification by emailing the administrator with their email address, full name, X handle, and country of residence within seventy-two (72) hours. Potential winners, depending on their country of residence, may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, tax documentation, and identification within seven (7) days of notification. Further, for residents of Canada only, the notification email will include a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, which the provisional winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, via reply email as a condition of Prize receipt. Each potential winner will then be subject to verification by the Administrator. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, failure to provide all required documentation within the required timeframe, failure to correctly answer the time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (for Canadian residents only) or failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected by a random drawing as set out above in Section 9. Upon successful verification, the potential winner will be declared an official winner (“Official Winner”). The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected; no more than three (3) alternate selections will be made for any prize. If such alternates are not successful or verified, such prize shall be forfeited in its entirety.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Sweepstakes Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the account/email associated with the potential winner’s name and account. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, an event occurs that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator, at the Administrator’s sole discretion.

Income Taxes and Acceptance: All federal, state, provincial/territorial, and local taxes, including any applicable gaming or prize-related taxes, are the sole responsibility of each Official Winner, regardless of whether the prize is accepted or used in whole or in part.

For residents of the United States: Winners may be required to complete and return applicable tax and prize documentation, which may include forms such as an IRS Form W-9, W-8BEN, or similar documentation required by the winner’s jurisdiction, within the timeframe specified in the winner notification materials.

For residents of Spain: Please note that prizes exceeding €300 are subject to withholding tax. Therefore, the winner must provide their national identity document (DNI) so that the corresponding withholding tax certificate can be issued.

Failure to provide required documentation within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is responsible for properly reporting and paying any taxes associated with the prize in accordance with applicable laws. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of any prize. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult with an independent tax advisor regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize. All prize details, including method of delivery and fulfillment, are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prizes

The total number of prizes awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes will depend on the quantity of official Corner Kick Goals scored during the Tournament and during the Sweepstakes Period. Based on historical World Cup gameplay data, the Sponsor estimates an approximate total of twenty (20) official Corner Kick Goals scored during the Tournament, corresponding to approximately twenty (20) Match-Based Sweepstakes prizes awarded (estimate provided for information purposes only). For the avoidance of doubt, the Administrator and Sponsor do not guarantee that a minimum of twenty (20) Match-Based prizes will be awarded. One (1) prize will be awarded for each official Corner Kick Goal scored during the Sweepstakes Period. If no Corner Kick Goals are scored during the Tournament, no Match-Based Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded. One (1) total final prize will be drawn and awarded from all eligible entries received in connection with the Final Draw Sweepstakes. Across the whole Sweepstakes, there will be a minimum of one (1) Final Draw Sweepstakes prize awarded in total.

All Official Winners from both the Match-Based Sweepstakes and the Final-Draw Sweepstakes will receive: (i) one (1) new or used Kia® vehicle of an approximate retail value (“ARV”) up to $35,000 USD (approximately €30,148 / CAD $48,506 / £26,119), and (ii) a check or wire transfer made payable to the winner for approximately 25% of the vehicle ARV (estimated approximately $8,750 USD / €7,537 / CAD $12,126 / £6,530) to be used towards and to help offset the Official Winner’s tax liability associated with winning the prize and any costs associated with collecting the prize from a dealership, if applicable (see Vehicle Prize Fulfillment below for specific details). Each Official Winner acknowledges that any tax assistance or supplemental payment provided by Sponsor is offered as a courtesy to help offset potential tax obligations and is not guaranteed to cover the full amount of any taxes or withholdings owed in connection with the prize. All vehicle details, including without limitation, the manufacturer, make, model, style, version, level, model, year, color, type, feature, warranties, etc; are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Vehicles may be previously used and may include normal wear and tear. Limit one (1) total prize per person in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Total Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $43,750 USD (approximately €37,685 / CAD $60,632 / £32,648). Each Official Winner will be responsible for all taxes, title, and license fees associated with owning the vehicle. There will be no exchanging models or upgrades covered by the Sponsor. The ARV is as of the time the Official Rules were finalized, and the value of the prizes may fluctuate. All conversion rates from USD are correct based on exchange rates at the time of drafting the Official Rules. Each winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable or is unable to be reasonably obtained. Such a substitute to be a similar prize of comparable use. All prizes will be awarded at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-ASSIGNABLE, NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

Any prize pictured in promotional materials connected with this Sweepstakes are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary in appearance from the prizes pictured.

Vehicle Prize Fulfillment: Sponsor will coordinate with each Official Winner to initiate vehicle prize fulfillment approximately 8-10 weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will be responsible for all costs associated with transporting the vehicles to each of the Official Winners’ local locations. Official Winners may be required to travel to a designated location to pick up and receive the prize; any costs associated with this is intended to be covered by the check or wire transfer.

Official Winners must have proof of a valid driver’s/driving license/licence, International Driving Permit (IDP), valid and active car owner’s insurance, and/or other document or policies required to take ownership and operate a vehicle (as required by their state, country, jurisdiction, or place of residence) in order to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show proof may result in prize forfeiture. Official Winners will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Official Winners.

Official Winners will be provided with instructions to obtain their vehicle, which will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Official Winners must take delivery of the vehicle within the time frame specified by the Sponsor or will forfeit such portion of the prize. For residents of the following:

  • 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia: for winners residing in the 48 Contiguous United States and District of Columbia, the prize may be fulfilled, in the Sponsors’ discretion, as a) a vehicle received by the Official Winner through a Sponsor-affiliated location, including but not limited to an Enterprise Car Sales or Enterprise Rent-A-Car facility, or b) a Sponsor-provided purchase voucher redeemable toward the purchase of a new or used Kia® vehicle at an authorized Kia® dealership confirmed by the Sponsor and reasonably close to the each Official Winner’s home location.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain: the prize may be fulfilled, in the Sponsor’s discretion, as (a) a Sponsor-provided purchase voucher redeemable toward the purchase of a new or used Kia® vehicle at an authorized Kia® dealership confirmed by the Sponsor and reasonably close to each of the Official Winner’s home locations.

The exact form of prize fulfillment will be determined by the Sponsor based on jurisdictional, logistical, and operational considerations.

OEM vehicle limited warranties are included for all winner prizes awarded.

The winner must have a valid bank account to receive the cheque or wire transfer. The winner is responsible for providing correct bank account details, and the Administrator will not be liable for any Prize payments made into or cheques made out to the wrong bank account.

Choice of Law and Forum

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Missouri, United States, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof, and (B) any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, participants residing in an Eligible Countries outside of the United States may be entitled to the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions under the laws of their country of residence. In particular, participants residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom will always benefit from the mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable local law, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of the participant’s country of residence where required.

Release; Limitations of Liability; General Conditions

By participating in the Sweepstakes and subject to Section 17 (country-specific provisions), each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, warrants that he/she/they is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, partners, equity holders, shareholders, members, employees, agents and representatives and all others associated with the manufacture, distribution, development and execution of this Sweepstakes and prizes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy, arising out of, related to or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, including (without limitation) or entries that are ineligible or receipt or use of any prize. By accepting the prize, Official Winner agrees to release the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from, related to, or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activity. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For participants residing outside the United States, certain rights may apply under local law that cannot be waived or limited. Without limiting the foregoing, winners acknowledge that prizes consist of previously used vehicles that may have been operated prior to award and may exhibit normal wear and tear, mileage, and usage consistent with such prior use. By accepting a prize, each winner assumes all risks associated with the ownership, operation, and use of the vehicle, including any maintenance, insurance, registration, and compliance with applicable laws. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to operate the vehicle in their jurisdiction and for maintaining any required licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, OR OTHERWISE LIABLE, FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY OR AUTHORITY.

Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in this Sweepstakes if entrant engages in any conduct they deem to be improper, unfair, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Sweepstakes.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, and the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Failure of the Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including these Official Rules, at their sole discretion.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations or any delay in performing their obligations within these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).

Participant’s Personal Information

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. For Official Winners from the United States and Canada, more specifically, the following categories of personal information are collected directly from participant, the Administrator, or its service providers: (i) contact information, including email address, phone number, address information (zip/postal code, country); and (ii) online identifiers, including social media handle. Participant personal information, where required by applicable law, is collected based on participant’s (i) consent for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and any promotional activities listed above; (ii) the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s legitimate interests to validate and enforce the Sweepstakes rules; and (iii) Sponsor’s or Administrator’s legal obligations, including to use and share this personal information with government and regulatory authorities when required by law, such as for purposes of completing and filing tax documentation. All personal information collected from participants, including with respect to applicable data subject rights and other requirements, is subject to the terms of the Official Rules, Secure Digital Promotions Privacy Policy located at https://securedigitalpromotions.com/privacy-policy, and Enterprise Privacy Policy located at https://privacy.ehi.com/en-us/home.html.

Specifically, and except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the consent of the Official Winner for Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s, and their respective agents’ use of Official Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any manner, in any and all media, now known or hereinafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, or permission (unless prohibited by law), and Official Winner’s further agreement to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or Administrator or their respective designees in furtherance of such use.

Subject to Section 13, for Official Winners who reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, any use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and country of residence, for advertising and promotional purposes will be subject to such Official Winners’ prior consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), acknowledging that consent to such publicity is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes or of receiving the prize.

Participants may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor or associated parties. The decision to consent to such emails or to opt out of such emails in the future does not impact your chances of winning.

Country-Specific Provisions

The following additional terms apply only to participants residing in the specified Eligible Countries and shall supplement and, where applicable, take precedence over any conflicting provisions in these Official Rules.

Canada: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 10 (Winner Notification, Verification, and Prize Claim) and Section 11 (Prizes), the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of Canada. Residents of Canada who are selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, in order to be declared an Official Winner and receive a prize. Administrator reserves the right to administer the skill-testing question by phone, email, or other method, in its sole discretion. Winners residing in Canada may be subject to applicable withholding or reporting requirements in accordance with Canadian law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash alternative or locally sourced prize of equal or greater value where necessary due to legal, tax, or logistical constraints. For residents of Québec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of assisting the parties in reaching a settlement.

Germany: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 13 (Release; Limitations of Liability; General Conditions), the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of Germany. Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the case of slightly negligent breaches of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty), liability shall be limited to foreseeable and typical damages. A cardinal duty is an obligation essential to the proper execution of the Sweepstakes. These limitations shall also apply to the benefit of employees, agents, and representatives of Administrator and Sweepstakes Entities. Personal information of participants residing in Germany will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

France: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 12 (Participant’s Personal Information), the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of France. Personal data collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be processed by Sponsor and Administrator for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. Personal information of participants residing in France will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Administrator reserves the right to share participant data with service providers for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.

Spain: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 10 (Winner Notification, Verification, and Prize Claim) and Section 11 (Prizes), the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of Spain. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to applicable Spanish laws and regulations governing promotional contests and prize distributions. Winners residing in Spain may be subject to applicable tax obligations in connection with prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a cash equivalent or locally sourced prize of equal or greater value where required by law or for logistical reasons. Participants are responsible for complying with any applicable tax reporting requirements under Spanish law. Personal information of participants residing in Spain will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

UK: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth in Section 12 (Choice of Law and Forum) and Section 13 (Release; Limitations of Liability; General Conditions), the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. Personal information of participants residing in the UK will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: a) losses that were not caused by any breach of these Official Rules; b) business-related losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill; or c) indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Republic of Ireland: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, and in addition to the provisions set forth above, the following provisions apply to participants who are legal residents of Ireland. This Sweepstakes is intended to be a promotional competition with no purchase necessary to enter and is structured to avoid classification as a lottery under applicable Irish law. Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the Republic of Ireland. To the extent permitted by law, Sweepstakes Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that is not caused by their breach of these Official Rules. Personal information of participants residing in the Republic of Ireland will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
